Shipping and Returns
We offer economy and priority shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Priority shipping usually takes 2-5 days, economy however can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. All orders are processed and shipped from Switzerland.
Due to the high cost of international shipping and long transit times, planetfootbag cannot offer any return policy to international customers. Please make sure that you order only products you are sure you actually want to buy and ensure that you have selected the correct sizes of shoes and apparel. We have tried to provide you with extensive information on sizing of our products to help you with your choice.
